Brand Leader (Store Manager) - Full Time Position
Responsible for managing team, finances, store requirements, scheduling, policies, and procedures, and is the direct line of communication between team and owner. A store manager will wear many hats in the business and can expect to be compensated accordingly.

Marketing Associate / Content Curator - Full Time Position
Plan and manage all marketing efforts for Pink Creek, as well as local partnerships and in-store events. Develop and implement email and SMS campaigns, establishing a more branded social media experience, and maintaining social media relationships with clients. Create branded content daily on all social media platforms. A Marketing Associate/Content Curator must be self-motivated with outstanding organization skills for project management.

Qualifications: 
  • Retail or related experience is preferred
  • Have knowledge of the inner workings of each social media channel as a user and administrator
  • Deep understanding of photo editing platforms and graphic designs related to ecommerce and marketing aspects
  • Understands SEO optimization
  • Ability to work in collaboration with other team members 
  • Developing social media content plans that are consistent with brand identity 
  • Build and implement marketing campaigns, events and community partnership opportunities
  • Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns
  • Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner
  • Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer events
  • Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results

Brand Educator (Sales Floor Associate) - Part Time and Full Time Positions
The Brand Educator role is the foundation of our success as an small business. Brand educators are experts in creating world-class customer service, or guest experience, in our retail stores. They are responsible for engaging and connecting with our clients, sharing top-quality product and brand education, and speaking authentically about our products. Brand Educators will work with the client from the moment they step through the doors and until they leave. This involves helping pick out and style products, educating client on products, and processing their order.
