Brand Educator (Sales Floor Associate) - Part Time
The Brand Educator role is the foundation of our success as an small business. Brand educators are experts in creating world-class customer service, or guest experience, in our retail stores. They are responsible for engaging and connecting with our clients, sharing top-quality product and brand education, and speaking authentically about our products. Brand Educators will work with the client from the moment they step through the doors and until they leave. This involves helping pick out and style products, educating client on products, and processing their order.

Qualifications: 

  • Day Shift Availability 
  • 18 years or older
  • Pay ranges from $8-$10 starting, however can vary based on experience 
  • Able to work independently and as a part of the team
  • Top-notch organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Quick and effective problem-solving skills
  • Clearly and effectively communicate with clients
  • Energetic and enthusiastic
  • Passion for retail and fashion
  • Able to provide product and branded education to clients
  • Beneficial to have basic computer skills and social media knowledge
  • Maintain store's appearance with cleaning, upkeep, open and closing prep
  • Availability to work week days (day shift), weekends, and some holidays

Spring/Summer 2024 Interns
Gain an overall experience in the retail industry and how a small business operates. Pink Creek Interns will receive an overall knowledge of how a boutique runs from the sales floor to the back office, and everything in-between. 

For college course credit.
