We take our donation opportunities very seriously. Please follow the directions below.
Monthly, we have a set amount of budgeted funds we allocate to give back to our community. Therefore, we are unable to promise immediate availability for donations. We ask that you fill out this application and email it to hello@shoppinkcreek.com with “DONATION REQUEST” in the subject line.
Please submit applications/requests at least 30 days prior to your event/fundraiser. Only request forms that are fully filled out will be considered.
