Here at Pink Creek, we want you to adore every item you get, but hey, returns happen. We've got your back to make it a breeze! After all, happiness is found here. 

We accept returns or exchanges on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached and shoes must be in shoe boxes) within 10 days of delivery, for store credit only.  Items below are FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Jewelry & Accessories
  • Eyewear & Hair Accessories
  • Intimates (sticky bras, bodysuits, swim, etc..)
  • Seasonal & Holiday Items 
  • Sale Items
  • Discounted Merchandise including flash sales, holiday sales, special event sales, or any type of discount 
  • Purchases at Special Events or Popups 

 

Exchanges & Returns
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color.  Returns are for store credit ONLY!  Returns are free if you purchased the return and shipping protection. Otherwise, returns will incur a $6.95 shipping label fee, that will be deducted from your store credit.
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.

We check all items for damage or defective areas before shipping your order, however, we are all human and mistakes can happen.
  • All damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted
  • All damages must be reported before you wear the garment and tags must be attached
  • Please contact us immediately at hello@shoppinkcreek.com and be sure to include photos of the items and the damage, your name, and order number
